How to Use the Binary Arithmetic Calculator
The Binary Arithmetic Calculator is designed to help you perform a range of operations with binary numbers easily. Follow the steps below to use the calculator:

- You will see two input fields. In Binary Number 1, input your first binary number. For operations involving two binary numbers (like addition or multiplication), enter the second number in Binary Number 2.
- Important: Ensure the numbers are valid binary digits, consisting only of 0’s and 1’s.
- Select Operation:
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of operation you want to perform:
- Binary Addition: Adds two binary numbers.
- Binary Subtraction: Subtracts the second binary number from the first.
- Binary Multiplication: Multiplies two binary numbers.
- 1’s Complement: Flips the bits of the first binary number (only one input required).
- 2’s Complement: Flips the bits of the first binary number and adds 1 (only one input required).
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of operation you want to perform:
